IN NO EVENT SHALL PIZZANA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PIZZANA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Further, unless both you and Pizzana agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
